• Expertise in all areas of United States and foreign jurisdiction maritime law: including constitution and operation of marinas, financing, re financing and insuring marinas and vessels, contracts for building and purchase and sale of vessels, registration of vessels in the United States and foreign countries , including Costa Rica, advising clients on bringing both recreational and commercial sport fishing boats to Costa Rica, preparation of slip use and related agreements. He has worked closely with tax agencies in Costa Rica, the United States and foreign countries, creating and removing liens on vessels, insuring vessels comply with all applicable laws and regulations
