• He has leaded teams in Labor Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, and in PMI (Post Merger Integration) processes
• Mr. Gonzalez has broad experience in issues of expatriated personnel, regional labor counsel, labor relations, occupational health, labor audits, and compensation and benefit plans
• He has given more than 50 executive seminars in Corporate Labor Law
• Mr. Gonzalez has vast experience in labor litigation and representing companies in administrative offices
